ADMINISTRATIVE STRUCTURE GSWC

Along with constitution of Gujarat State Commission for Women by Gazette dated 16/02/2005 of the Government of Gujarat. It’s below mentioned administrative structure has also been decided. CHAIR PERSON MEMBER SECRETARY UNDER SECRETARY Account Officer (Accounts, Establishment & Registry Branch) Sub Accountant Junior Clerk Research Officer (Application Branch ) Senior Clerk Junior Clerk Keeping in mind the activities of the commission, work of office is mainly divided into main four branches. Administrative Branch all the matters relating establishment and administration i.e. issuance of office orders of appointment, salary, confidential reports transfer etc. Account Branch all accounting and financial work of the commission i.e. Pay Bills and all other types of bills and work relating to budget. Application Branch all work relating to the activities of the Commission.(Except accounts and finance) Registry Branch Registration of Post/outward, stationery and miscellaneous purchase(postage stamp) dead stock register, record etc. Legal Office and Social Councilor is appointed in Gujarat State Commission for Women in fix-pay for solve women family problem and for guidance. Steno Grade-1 & Grade-3, Clerk Cum-Typist, Receptionist cum Telephone Operator, Computer Operator, Driver and Four Post of Peon has been sanctioned in Gujarat State Commission for Women.
